Common questions
I can't log in or I've forgotten my password
Use the forgot-password link on the login page at /login. It sends a reset email to the address you used to sign up. If you don't see it within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
I haven't received my purchase confirmation email
Check your spam folder first — confirmation emails sometimes land there. If it's still missing after 10 minutes, email help@homeready.cc with the email address you used at checkout and we'll resend it.
I want a refund or to cancel
Our refund policy lives at /refund. The short version: before access is unlocked, your statutory 14-day right to cancel applies. Once access starts the right is waived (you confirm this at checkout), but we still review refund requests case-by-case by email.
How is my personal data used?
Our Privacy notice at /privacy explains what we collect, why, and your rights. The short version: we use your email for login, your saved plan data is yours, and we don't sell anything to anyone.
Is HomeReady regulated financial advice?
No. HomeReady is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Our content is for general planning and education. Personalised mortgage, legal, or tax advice should always come from a qualified professional. See /disclaimer for more.
Can I save my progress without signing up?
Most of our free tools let you use them as a guest, but saving progress across sessions requires a free HomeReady account. Once you sign up, your saved tools and Buyer Planner data stay linked to your email.
Will my data be shared with brokers or solicitors?
Only if you explicitly submit a Mortgage Support or Legal Support request from /mortgage-support or /legal-support. Those forms ask for consent before any details are shared, and we tell you exactly what gets shared.
I found a bug or have feedback
Email help@homeready.cc with a quick description and (if possible) which page you were on. We read everything.
How do I delete my account?
Sign in and go to /account — there's a delete-account option that starts a 7-day grace window during which you can cancel. After 7 days, your account and saved data are permanently removed.
